The guide, Will, was very good and knowledgeable and gave us a good introduction with tips on Street Photography for the first hour in the caf?. Then he gave us a few exercises and challenges as we walked along Brick Lane and asked us to meet him at various points. Then we met at the end and reviewed our photos and commented on them before we parted ways. It was a good morning.

I was happy with the photos that I took at the event. The leader, Alice, encouraged us to try a range of techniques and portrait styles. She also encouraged us to ask passers-by if they would pause for a moment to pose for a shot. I also got a few good shots of myself, which is always great for someone who is often behind the camera.

Probably one of the best spots for punting photography, but you'll need a long lens at least 100-150mm or longer. It does get quite busy here at Silver Street Bridge, but it's worth it. Watch out for the bees in Summer. :)

This image was shot on Cold Harbour - and it goes by its name, it's cold in the wintery months, but worth the visit and a great unobstructed spot for river architecture, boat and cityscape photography. A long-ish lens is required. While most of us togs like to shoot with cloud, sun or during the golden hours, I have come to terms with London's often dismal weather. This image was printed and blown up, and it looks quite nice in a large frame in a 16:9 ratio. So many of us often believe that with

I took this picture while I was coming back from work--I normally never stop at Paddington but due to the entire Elizabeth Line being blocked, I had to get off and travel through the district/circle line. While I was waiting on the platform, I noticed the train stop and passengers getting off--the train was stationary for a good few minutes, and I happen to be lucky as I was sitting on the bench that was right in the middle, this allowed me to have very minimal framing and I got the shot.

I've been taking pictures for as long as I can remember. With every photo, there's a story that goes behind it and funnily enough, most shots are impulse-driven, too. It's a process for my eyes when they see something and think that they will look great.St. George's Church at Hanover Square is something I see 5 times a week when I am going to work, and being someone who's into photography, I must have photographed this church several times. This image illustrates the busy Canary Wharf region of London on the Isle of Dogs with the Aspen building in the background. This image was one of the very first taken of the Aspen building after its completion. It's a masterpiece to photograph, especially for long exposure. Come sunset, the entire area lights up and makes for perfect black and white photography. I will be returning soon.
